With the Jewel Pavilion Checkout Package, your customers can place orders at any time, not just when your office or store is open. The Checkout records orders and customer shipping and billing information. The Checkout can be attached to any of the other Jewel Pavilion packages.

Requirements
The Checkout requires that you have at least one of the Jewel Pavilion packages. The Jewel Pavilion Checkout does not attach to any other website inventory type.
We strongly recommend that you purchase an SSL Certificate if you plan to take the Retail Checkout option. An SSL Certficate gives your customers confidence in your website by verifiying that you are a legitimate business adhering to current online business standards. We would be happy to assist you in selecting and purchasing an SSL Certificate. We will install the SSL Certificate to your website.

Additional Information
Jewel Pavilion Checkout is a record keeping service. It allows you to receive and view order information for orders placed through your website. It does not automatically take payment or arrange for shipping.
- Merchant Accounts
The Checkout does not interface with any type of merchant account. It is the responsibility of you, the seller, to process the transaction in a manner suitable to your business. This is to protect both you and your customers. It is always best to for you or one of your staff to review the order to ensure the order's validity and to check that the items ordered are available for shipping before charging the customer.
- Shipping
The Checkout does not interface with any shipping service. We set up your Checkout to offer your available shipping options at your stated flat rates. Shipping must be arranged by you, the seller. The Checkout does not submit any automated requests for pickup, and does not calculate shipping rates by weight, distance, or provider.
Checkout Customizations
Both checkout types can be customized with the following forms:
- Allow Customers to create accounts.
- Require/Optional Customer Billing Address.
- Require/Optional Customer Billing Information. *
- Require/Optional Customer Shipping Address.
- Require Shipping Method to be selected. **

* The Checkout only accepts standard Credit Cards. For other payment methods, we will post a request to contact you directly.
** You must provide your preferred Shipping Carriers and associated flat Shipping Rates.
All of the forms are optional to add. Some of the forms can be optional even if visible. Shipping Method is always required if it is showing on the page, although you do not have to have Shipping Method on your Checkout.
