Reports  All Reports are organized by the following primary types: Clients - information and printables relating to clients. Stock - price lists, certficate lists, and printable stock tags. Transactions - list information relating to memos. Sales - financial reports and sales lists. Suppliers - price comparisons, financial reports, and cost projections. Lists - quick listings of standard retail stone prices and salesperson listings. Taxes - print out year records for tax purposes. Analyze - confidential reports regarding stock values and profits. Client Reports Print all or any selected part of your client database. Return to top > Listings & Reports Client List - List all client contact information and related business information, such as a resale number or credit limit. Chain Stores List - List a client's alternative shipping addresses or other store locations. Clients Form - This diplays a summary of the information available on the Client Form. Business Volume - This report displays sales volumes by client for the year-to-date or for a specified time period. Client Payment Credits - List any client with a positive credit and what (if any) due invoices this credit can be applied to. Printables Address Labels - Print labels by the sheet in the following formats: 1x7 | 2x7 | 3x10 - (# of labels across x # of rows of labels) Envelopes - Print To: and From: addresses on a #10 standard envelope. Stock Reports View reports on your inventory and print inventory tags. Price List for Clients - View and print the regular price per carat of all your single loose stones. Diamond List - This listing displays only single stone items while omitting the price. Diamond Breakdown - View and print all available stones. The listings are broken down by shape, size, color, and clarity. Certificate List - This report displays a list of certificates for your entire inventory. Printables Diamond Tags - Print diamond tags displaying the regular prices for each diamond in stock. Single stones without certificates will not display color and clarity. Diamond Barcodes - Print diamond tags displaying the barcode for each diamond in stock. Single stones without certificates will not display color and clarity. Jewelry Tags - Print jewelry tags for all items in stock. Jewelry Barcodes - Print jewelry tags displaying the barcode for all items in stock. Transactions View reports relating to memo transactions. Returned Memoed Items - Print a list of all items returned from memo. Sale Trans - View and print your sales transactions' history for the past month or a designated time period. All Trans - Display all transactions for each memo, grouped by client. Sales Reports These reports cover all financial aspects of your sales transactions. The invoice listing displays the invoice date, invoice total, payment terms, current balance owed, and interest (if applicable). Aging Report - View and print a summary of all open receivables that are past due, aged in 30 day increments. Statements - Print all receivables with past due amounts. Commissions - View and print all commissions for the past month or a specified time period. Comm. Returns - View and print all commission returns for the past month or a specified time period. Collected Amounts - Print a listing of all received payments from a selected client, and view statistical data on the payment history of the client. Due Amounts Detail - Print a listing of all supplier invoices, including amounts past due. The invoice listing displays the invoice date, invoice total, payment terms, current balance owed, and interest (if applicable) and is broken down by supplier. AP Aging - View and print a summary of all open payables that are past due, aged in 30 day increments. Payments to Suppliers - This report lists all payments made to your suppilers, sorted by supplier. View amount summaries per invoice, per supplier, and the payment grand total. This report may be narrowed down by supplier, inventory type, or date. Compare Prices - Print prices for purchased items, sorted by quality. Salesperson Diamonds List - View and print listings of diamond stock assigned to a particular salesperson. (only available with the Jewelry Control module) Tax Reports Print a variety of reports for your tax records. Returns Journal - Print a journal of sales returns for the year or a specified time period. Receipts Journal - Print a journal of cash receipts for the year or a specified time period. Purchases Journal - Print a journal of purchases for the year or for a specified time period. Income by Category - Print a detailed listing of income for the year or for a specified time period. Expense by Category - Print a detailed expense listing for the year or for a specified time period. Analyze Review your inventory values and analyze your sales performance. This section of Reports is confidential and released only to authorized users on the system. Return to top > Listings & Reports Diamond Value - List diamonds by cost, sorted by shape. The listing displays the on-hand status and the nominal vs. total (nominal + overhead) cost of the stone. Diamond Series - List a diamond's (or parcel's) complete stock history, including all transactions involving the stone(s). This report summarizes the overall sales performance of the stone(s) and extrapolates an expected performance. Diamond Sales/Profit - Print a listing of diamond profits for a specified color range or specified carat groupings. Gem Value - List gemstones by cost value, sorted by shape. The listing displays the on-hand status and the nominal vs. total (nominal + overhead) cost of the stone. (only with the Colored Stones module) Jewelry Value - List jewelry stock by cost value, sorted by type - Rings, Earrings, Necklaces, etc - and style. View metal and stone details, and the number of identical items. The listing displays the on-hand status and the nominal vs. total (nominal + overhead) cost of the stone. (only with the Jewelry Control module) Jewelry Unit Sale - Display sales of jewelry units and sort results by category, style, or quantity. Jewelry Sales/Profit - Display jewelry sales or profits and sort results by category, style, or quantity. Sales and Profit - Print a listing of sales for the past month or for a specified time period. Returns - Print a listing of returns for the past month or for a specified time period. Salesman Performance - Display total sales per salesperson per month. The calculated sales total does not apply any discounts and takes into account any returned merchandise, even if the merchandise is returned in a different month. The sales total includes shipping charges. Stock Value by Type - View a listing of your inventory value by type - diamonds, jewelry, or colored stones - which is then cross tabulated by ownership status. This report allows you to select for a large variety of criteria.
