Feel secure with full support and assistance from DJ Wizard Tech Support staff. Our friendly support techs are available during business hours to answer your questions, help guide you through any unfamiliar processes, and troubleshoot any issues. Our manual is also available online for 24 hour support.

Free Training
We offer 4 hours of computer to computer training with your purchase via Remote Desktop or pcAnywhere. These software programs allow us to connect directly to your server so our techs can provide a step by step demonstration on your own machine. In addition, we provide free telephone support for new DJ Wizard users for the first year.

Support Agreements
For additional security, DJW also offers yearly or quarterly Support Agreements for continued hands on support past the initial training period. Purchasing a Support Agreement means not only coverage for any issues that may come up, but also direct access to your server should you wish to add any modules or updates to your software. This intensive support requires a Remote Desktop or pcAnywhere connection to your server.

Terms
DJW Support Agreement includes 12 months of DJW, Inc. technical support for DJ Wizard software and its utilities, including questions and reconfigurations of DJ Wizard. Technical Support covers data recovery (such as corrupted database or out of date indexes, if possible or restoring from a recent backup). We offer up to 12 hours in the period specified above and for each year thereafter to help you get back to business. This support agreement applies to DJ Wizard 2004 version or later starting from 7/1/2007. Time spent on bug fixing and periodic updates is free. A DJ Wizard bug will be determined by a DJW technician only, if the problem can be repeated locally. At the end of each period, the annual support will renew automatically and be billed to your credit card.

This Support Agreement does not cover DJ Wizard software retraining, website maintenance nor installations and configurations of third-party hardware, software and peripherals, unless purchased from DJW within the last 90 days or covered by another DJW warranty. Malware removal (like, viruses, worms and spyware) are not covered. Reinstalling software or reconfigurations of operating systems (like Windows), peripherals (like printers, firewalls and scanners) are also not included. We may also charge for fixing human errors and for time required to connect to client if it exceeds 10 minutes per incident.

Support Agreements must be paid within the first 2 weeks of the start date to avoid penalty. Extra technical work on your system will be charged separately at between $85-$100 per hour depending on the type of work and the support technician or developer. New orders, custom development and specific client requests require written estimates.
